Hey very nice! You've started to use more colour. Great, don't hesitate to use more of it.
You've managed to get a good sence of rain. I feel the dude to the right is somewhat flat. Use more light and shadow to avoid the feeling that he's a part of the background.

Looks like you're into comic style.
I really like the expressionof the man in the foreground and how you make him a focus by using the bright light.
You mixed CG with traditional technique here?
It looks almost a bit too much. I think a handcolor would fit better

Yep, traditional pencils with a bit of dodge n burn in PS.
I'm just learning colours now, and am quite lazy that way
